Do you want to help Heineken in her journey to standardize processes and controls across countries worldwide? As a Process & Control Improvement Senior Specialist you will be part of the Global BASE Programme. The goal of this program is to implement standardized processes supported by a standardized ERP system in the breweries around the globe. Your role is to guide the breweries in this transition, with focus on risks and controls.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support the Internal Control work stream as part of the BASE programme;
  • Support the Deployment of Risk & Controls and Segregation of Duties as part of the End 2 End Global Process designs & ERP Solution;
  • Ensure all deliverables for each Transition Phase are completed on-time in-full (OTIF);
  • Coordinate & Manage OpCo Process & Control Improvement resources & deliverables as part of the programme;
  • Develop tools and methodologies to support deployment activities with regard to Risks, Controls and SOD;
  • Act as a change agent for relevant stakeholders with regard to Processes, Risks and Controls.

Your profile

In order to be successful in this opportunity we expect you to have:

  • Professional certifications including: University degree/Masters (e.g. in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or IT), ACCA/CIMA/RA/RE/RC/CPA or CIA/CISA/RO or PMP / Prince2 Foundation;
  • Ideal candidate has a 3-7 years of relevant experience and a solid knowledge base in: auditing of ERP systems (Navision), accounting, internal controls and authorisations/segregation of duties;
  • Big4 experience and Project management experience as part of Global ERP upgrades in Multinational environments is an advantage;
  • Ability to drive improvements, acts as a change agent and has a hands-on mentality. Works structured and is committed to deliver results;
  • Working experience in Navision is a must;
  • Location: Based in Amsterdam with 10–30% of travel to Africa and Caribbean.
